The Armenian genocide 1915-1923
  • Armenian National Institute: dedicated to the study, research and affirmation of the Armenian genocide. It aims to promote understanding of the Armenian Genocide through research, analysis, publication, and public forums, to collect and organize documentation attesting to and preserving the memory of the Armenian Genocide and to increase public awareness of the crime, and denial, of genocide and their lasting effect in our times.
  • Armenian Research Centre, University of Michigan-Dearborn: The Armenian Research Center was established for the documentation and the publication of materials in the field of Armenian studies and affairs.
  • Bibliographies of the Armenian Genocide Holocaust Museum: A bibliography of 300 books on the Armenian Genocide for the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C.
  • Books on the Armenian genocide – the Gomidas Institute: The Gomidas Institute is an independent academic organization that promotes and disseminates research, scholarship, and analysis related to the modern Armenian experience.
  • Hye Etch: Armenian Genocide: Provides information on the Armenian Genocide, including a history and personal accounts. Hye Etch also has resources on Armenian art, language and culture.
  • The Zoryan Institute is an international center devoted to the research and documentation of contemporary issues related to the history, politics, society, and culture of Armenia and Armenians around the world, and contains many resources relating to the Armenian genocide.


The Shoah 1941-1945
  • Cybrary of the Holocaust Funded in April 1995, the Cybrary acts as a hub of information targeting educational programs and compiling art, books, memoirs etc. Remember.org is organized into 2 sections: Research, areas where you can explore the issues of the Holocaust, and Forums, where discussion and ongoing feedback is held.
  • Holocaust Survivors The project began in 1993 as a exhibition of photographs and now includes this website and a touring exhibit. The project aims to “present history with a human face”, meaning that visitors can view family photographs, read stories, hear survivors speak about their experience as well as access a historical introducation to the Holocaust.
  • Nazi and East German Propaganda Includes both propaganda itself – posters, book jackets, speeches etc. - and material produced for the guidance of propagandists. The goal is to help people understand the two great totalitarian systems of the twentieth century by giving them access to the primary material.


The Roma and Sinti Holocaust 1941-1945
  • Roma (Gypsies) World Wide Web Virtual Library Includes a short introduction to the history and plight of the Roma people as well as categories of links to scholarly articles and websites with further information.
  • Romani Holocaust Chronology A brief Romani Holocaust Chronology by Ian Hancock
  • The Patrim Web Journal Contains a collection of links to scholarly work as well as websites which compile information on the Holocaust.
  • Roma and the Holocaust The Holocaust Genocide Project which is a part of iEARN (International Education and Resource Network Started in 1988), aims to link teachers and students through technology in order to “enhance learning and make a difference in the world.” Student articles on many issues, including the Roma Holocaust, are compiled in An End to Intolerance (AETI).
  • Sinti and Roma Victims of the Holocaust The “Teacher's Guide to the Holocaust” contains vast amounts of information on the Roma, their history and their fate during the Nazi regime. Resources include: movies, timelines, links to scholarly articles, glossaries, documents as well as lesson plans.
  • Sinti and Roma: Victims of the Nazi Era Holocaust Teacher Resource Center. The site contains a history of the Roma Holocaust and resources available at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington DC.   • CyberCambodia: This site contains a history of Cambodia's Killing Fields. It is also an attempt to find and publish survivor testimonials, stories, images and experiences under the Khmer Rouge.
